Conor McGregor Booked By The Police On Sexual Assault And Exhibition Charges

Hot New Hip Hop said today that Conor McGregor has found himself in trouble with the authorities yet again after a woman in Corsica, France, accused him of sexually assaulting her at a bar in the European nation.

TMZ claims Conor was in France on vacation alongside Dee Devlin, his fiancée. UFC fans know Conor recently announced he was going to retire, and around the same time, he revealed he and his longtime girlfriend had gotten engaged.

However, the pattern of positive news quickly turned sour, because this past week, TMZ claims he found himself in hot water. French prosecutors released a statement in which they claimed Conor had behaved in such a way that’s consistent with “attempted sexual assault and sexual exhibition” toward a woman.

McGregor and his team of representatives have denied all of the allegations against him, claiming he is innocent. The police have interrogated him and he has since been released, their statement argued. According to Hot New Hip Hop, Conor has been accused of sexual assault already in the past.

Moreover, he found himself in trouble with the authorities over the infamous incident in which he threw a dolly at a bus containing Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Regardless, it’s clear that even though Conor is no longer fighting in the ring, he’s still managing to stir up headlines. Earlier this year, Floyd Mayweather Junior came out to trash Conor after his retirement was announced.

There was talk around that time that Conor and Floyd would be stepping into the ring sometime again for a rematch, however, Dana White has said he’s not currently focusing on a potential fight between the two combat sports athletes.

Conor’s boxing match with Floyd Mayweather Junior was easily one of the most controversial fights in memory, with the latter beating him in the end. Approximately three years later after his 2017 fight with Floyd, Conor and Dee Devlin, his girlfriend since 2008, got engaged.

The couple shared the happy news on their respective social media accounts. According to Married Wiki, Conor and Dee have one child together.
